Sheetsplint

The universal Sheetsplint is used in pre-hospital emergency care and serves to immobilise extremity fractures. Each kit contains four identical, foldable modules that can be combined to take care of one or several injuries, including long bone fractures. The modules can be folded into a compact stack and stored space-savingly due to their rectangular shape.

Statement by the Jury

The modular design of the Sheetsplint adopts a new course. It offers particularly flexible application possibilities and facilitates integration of the splint into an emergency kit.
