This indoor grill uses infrared technol-ogy to heat the food. By this means of grilling, the smoke emission is reduced by 97 per cent compared to grilling with charcoal. Two specially designed reflectors direct the heat continuously from two sides under the grilling food. As a result, the heat rises upwards – away from the drip tray. The drip tray remains cooler and thus hardly any smoke develops when fat drops down. Drip tray and grid are easily removed and cleaned in the dishwasher.

By means of infrared technology and a functionally optimised design, the Smokeless Indoor Grill reduces the smoke emission to a minimum.
