The Sous Vide G320 has been designed to assist home cooks with sous-vide cooking. For this purpose, the appliance is equipped with a coloured LCD display on which preprogrammed recipes can be displayed and modified as desired. A scheduling function helps with the timing of the cooking process. The use of aluminium for the waterproof body and stainless steel for highly stressed elements ensures easy cleaning and durability.
