Star Maker

Geometric images have always stimulated human creativity, as evidenced for instance in the famous mosaics of the Alhambra in Granada, Spain. Such mosaics are artworks of astounding richness in detail. The Star Maker ceramic tiles can achieve surface patterns that catch the imagination with equal impressiveness. Their refined, tessellated graphical design emerged as a three-dimensional star shape of pentagonal appearance. Four of these stars are organised to create the mosaic image of a hexagonal tessellation. The tiles thus achieve an outstanding visual plasticity in any given space. This property of Star Maker is the result of an innovative manufacturing process that facilitated this implementation in the first place. Using high-temperature treatment, the graphic design is baked into the slabs, creating their visual expressivity and performance.
