The Structured Narrative project took a former cotton factory at the foot of an old Ming city wall and turned it into a design agency with a coffee shop. Its minimalist design features black stone slabs and stainless steel for the facade and coffee shop, as well as natural okoume wood for the walls and office furniture, with micro-cement paint details. Original structural elements like steel windows and the sloping roof forge a link between past and present. The result is an impressive yet sustainable and evocative space for working and meeting.
