As a result of reinterpreting traditional cast-iron cookware, the bottom and walls of this frying pan are CNC-finished after casting. This reduces its weight and makes the pan easier to handle. The cast-iron pan is made of recycled iron, manufactured in Germany and free of toxic substances. The robust material promotes even heat distribution, while the smoothed surface in combination with a baked-on vegetable oil coating ensures good non-stick characteristics.
