Superbolt Tool

The Superbolt Tool is a compact unit for multi-jackbolt tensioners, which allows several pressure bolts to be tightened simultaneously to the required preload force. For this purpose, a scroll drive and ball gear mechanism is used for high and even torque transmission. The tool is designed to magnify low input torque into high and even output torque. The Superbolt Tool is easy to handle due to its lightweight and modular design.

Thanks to its advanced design and functionality, the Superbolt Tool solves the challenge of tightening all pressure bolts simultaneously while applying the required torque for each bolt.
