This ice tea maker with its simple, modern carafe form combines the work stages of making tea and cooling it down in a process similar to shock: The ice cubes are put in the glass receptacle; the tea brews in the stainless steel container. As soon as the tea is ready, the passage between the upper container and the glass receptacle is opened by turning, and the hot tea flows over the ice. The cold tea can be served immediately.
