Tech Fair Car 2018 – Hyundai Show Car

With the HMI design of the Tech Fair Car 2018, the Korean car manufacturer Hyundai was pursuing the goal of creating a 3D viewing experience that increases driving pleasure while ensuring that the driver’s concentration stays on the road. It was developed for two steering wheel displays, a 2D Haptic Display and for the Multi-Layer Display with a 3D effect resulting from the superimposition of two display levels. The HMI design is highly user-oriented and characterised by the harmonious interaction of the technical components.
