The M Building

The M Building is located on a bustling, four-lane road. In order to still make it possible to use it as a calm office building, the storeys are separated and shielded from the road by diagonally arranged windows. These not only serve to reduce the noise, but their design also breaks up the compact building facade. A further eye-catching design feature is the narrow stairwell, conceived as an extension of the street. The area around the staircase contains protected, tucked away outdoor areas for use as patios.

The design of this office building aims to deliver high functionality. The architectural solution manages to create a peaceful working environment in hectic surroundings.
