The new OPTIMA line

OPTIMA is a modular professional cooking system made of stainless steel. In 2024, it was fundamentally revised in terms of safety, handling, hygiene and sustainability. The new OPTIMA line combines the flexible configuration of appliances with a digital-manual operating concept featuring a combination of knobs and electronics. The 6 mm thick safety glass display is readable from any angle, while the hygienic, seamless design makes cleaning easy. A self-monitoring function and one-handed operation of the deep fryers increase ease of use and safety.

Statement by the Jury

The new OPTIMA line offers a high level of ergonomics for professional chefs. The cooking system also impresses with its user-friendliness and hygienic design.
