TMS-500 TopMap

The TMS-500 TopMap is a white-light interferometer for the measurement of technical surfaces with high resolution even on large fields of view. The device provides an unobstructed view of the control area. The vertical measurement range of 70 mm makes it possible to also access hard-to-reach areas like deep drill holes. Its compact design and flexibly adaptable software provide quality assurance which is either process-oriented or directly integrated in the manufacturing line.

The interferometer impresses with its rounded shapes, which are oriented towards the user and thus artfully direct the attention to the working area.
