This transmedia recruiting game by Daimler AG premiered at Web Summit 2017 and combines a gripping yet satirical car-hacking conspiracy plot with a 360-degree transmedia experience. It features actors as whimsical “agents”, onboarding conference visitors through a punchcard puzzle, a mysterious hack-er portal that is only accessible from dedicated booth terminals, as well as a mobile app featuring made-easy live programming of real cars and virus-infested microcomputer-turned-give-away for players – all framed by a hilar-ious rivalry between two hacker groups and the player’s decision between them.
