TS 93 G-EMR Ubivis is a hold-open system for single-leaf fire and smoke protection doors and ensures their secure placement independent of the power grid. The battery that is integrated in the slide rail serves as energy source and allows for wireless and hence easy assembly without interfering with the building’s structure. This is of particular benefit for building redevelopments or heritage-listed buildings. The so-called XEA design provides a customisable look with mounted, interchangeable cover plates.
