With a classic, refined exterior accented by a brushed metal look finish of rugged polycarbonate, the new UNIX luggage collection implements a universal design approach that balances elegance with modernity and introduces several innovative functional concepts. The well-thought-out design raises packing volume and efficiency to a new level by replacing the familiar centre zip with an expander to increase the volume so that even larger pieces of luggage such as bulky sports equipment, helmets or similar can be packed inside. The suitcase opens cleverly from the top: from the flat opening at the top, the user has access to the entire interior as well as the various separate (zipped) pockets made of recycled PET fabric. With UNIX, Samsonite combines the Aero trac suspension wheel with a brake system for the first time. This supports the mobility and easy manoeuvrability of the luggage and reduces noise and vibrations. In addition, this also makes it easy to stop the suitcase even when it is heavily loaded. The brake mechanism is triggered via a control panel on the top, where the logo has also been applied to a seamlessly integrated metal strip, rounding off the premium, minimalist overall appearance.

Of high quality not only aesthetically, the suitcase ensures comfortable use and with its soft and at the same time robust materials proves to be a perfect companion when travelling.
