The Vitamino chopping board is made of a polypropylene, which was enriched with an additive that reduces the growth of bacteria on its surface. This anti-bacterial effect is permanent. The chopping board is usable on both sides and features a non-slip edge. Each side can be used differently: one surface is inclined and has a sap groove. The edge is raised to collect liquids and scraps. The other chopping board surface offers a useful non-slip grid.
