At the Warema Sun Forum, the abstract topic of sun protection becomes an emotional experience and interactive customer journey. Visitors can experience different sun shading systems such as roller shutters and awnings within an imitation village made up of small houses. Various screens with interactive content are installed at the houses, giving the visitor additional information on specific products and allowing them to create their own personalised digital folder by scanning the screen with their smartphone. A digital table, positioned between the houses like a village well, complements the digital user experience with a playful animation of moving water triggered via a touchscreen.
