Welded

The cultural history of the table not only concerns simple wooden constructions, but also massive ones which are nothing more than two slabs of stone laid on top of one another. The design of Welded is fascinating due to the combination of materials that seem heavy with the simple, clean lines of the support. The inspiration for this table came from the manufacture of heavy machinery. The legs are made of laser-cut sheet steel, which are subsequently welded together. This process gives the table its name – Welded – as if it were formed from one piece of metal. Its clean form gives it a high degree of visual lightness. The colours of the legs, available in white, anthracite grey, bright red, orange, green and matt brown, are also very harmonious as they help to stress the legs’ innovative construction. This table is very versatile and easily suits all types of interior and areas of life. Welded is available in four rectangular table-top sizes, in various types of wood and crystal, as well as in the original format in matt-white Carrara marble. Its form combines minimalism with an impressive presence – thus imposing a strong personality on its environment.
