WHOOP 4.0 is a fitness and health wearable that provides insights into sleep, recovery and training. The optimised sensor configuration supports the collection of precise heart rate data as well as blood oxygen and skin temperature measurements. In addition, it is equipped with a smart alarm that gently wakes the user at the optimal time, based on their sleep needs and cycles. The wearable can also be worn together with the matching WHOOP clothing line. Moreover, the soft but durable wristbands are easy to replace.
