“As a homage to the classic console games of the 1980s and 1990s, the Wingman PS2 certainly tapped into our feelings of nostalgia,” the jury confessed. “At the same time, this converter also contributes to more sustainability in consumer culture by giving unusable or obsolete consoles a second life.” The Wingman PS2 supports more than 125 new-generation controllers and can therefore be used to the fullest extent. Its design alludes to the PS2 memory card, while confidently mixing the retro look with contemporary elements. The result has a coherent and solid appearance.
