In order to break with the common stereotype of religious music, the two singles “The Horse’s Hoof on The Lotus” and “Xian Kao Mo Gong’s New Clothes” blend western and eastern music. These experimental titles are meant to help to overcome cultural boundaries. Both covers show numerous symbolic illustrations. Designed in black, grey and white, they express the depth of religious music. In addition, embroideries are used to create a three-dimensional effect. A complementary poster is folded into a lotus blossom, which also has a symbolic character.
