The designers of Zøre X pursued the goal of making guns safer through a locking device that prevents unauthorised use of the firearm yet enables near-immediate usability. The lock fits inside the chamber of the gun and once unlocked, ejects immediately when charging the firearm. Its dial is designed to allow quick unlocking under any circumstances. The Zøre X can also send notifications to the holder’s smartphone if someone tries tampering with the device. It is developed with great care in terms of functionality and robustness.

The intention to make weapons safer through Zøre X deserves recognition. In its implementation, the gun lock impresses with its high functionality.
