RXM Creative is an independent agency that was founded by creative directors Raul Mandru and Mihai Botarel in New York. The name is derived from Raul x Mihai and reflects their philosophy of bringing together different ideas, concepts and perspectives to create something new. In each project, the team always looks for the one element that gives brands their unique impact, has the capacity to move people and unleashes their potential. With a strong presence in Europe and a global customer base, RXM Creative specialises in brand strategy, creativity and branding.
