Admission to the hall: 6:45 p.m. 
Start of the Red Dot Gala: 7 p.m. 
End of the Red Dot Gala: approx. 9 p.m.  

Please arrive early, as your stage appearance cannot be guaranteed if you check in at the Konzerthaus after 6 p.m.

• Opening hours: 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and after the gala until 11 p.m. 

As a winner of the distinction “Red Dot: Best of the Best” you will be invited to take to the stage during the gala. You will be called by name to receive your Red Dot Trophy: 

• For organisational reasons, no acceptance speech is possible. 
• The trophy will be presented by Professor Dr. Peter Zec and a member of the jury. 
• Your appearance will be documented with a stage photo. 
• After the presentation, we ask that you return to your seats in the hall.

Start: Following the Red Dot Gala, approx. 9 p.m. 

After the gala, it’s time to celebrate! At Designers’ Night, you can expect:  

• The premiere of the International Yearbook Brands & Communication Design 2025/2026. Be the first to see all the submissions that have been recognised for their quality in the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design.  
• Selected food and drinks » to the menu    
• Music and dancing until late into the night.  
• Opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere.   

You can store your Red Dot Trophy and your cerfiticates safely in the cloakroom during the party

During the Red Dot Gala, the Red Dot: Best of the Best winners will receive their trophies on stage. As a gala guest, you will have the exclusive opportunity to be there when the Red Dot: Grand Prix winners are announced for the first time that evening and the honorary title Red Dot: Agency of the Year is awarded.
