Step 1: Book your Winner Package – now and until 8 August 2025

What does the Winner Package include?

The Winner Package includes various measures and certificates for winners of the Red Dot Design Award. These include, among others:

The use of the Red Dot Label
The Red Dot Certificate in duplicate
Winners of the Red Dot: Best of the Best, the Red Dot: Grand Prix and the Red Dot: Junior Prize also receive the Red Dot Trophy
Publication of the award-winning project in the Winner Section
Publication in the International Yearbook Brands & Communication Design
Presentation of the award-winning project in the winning exhibition at the Red Dot Design Museum Essen and other exhibitions as required

As soon as you have completed the booking of your Winner Package with successful receipt of payment, you can use your Red Dot Label and communicate your success in the competition.

All services and options of the Winner Package can be found in detail in the brochure “Services for Winners”, which you can download from your My Red Dot account.

Step-by-step guide to booking your Winner Package

Log in to your account at www.myreddot.de.
Select the menu item “Book your Winner Package”.
Choose between the two Winner Packages.

Optional: Book your digital winners profile.

Specify the contact person for the release of your project presentations.
_{Under the menu item “Specify contact persons for publication” you can specify who we should contact for the release of your presentation materials. The release must take place between}_{8 and 12 September 2025.}_{If you are unable to attend during this period, please specify a deputy. To specify your representative, you will need the PI code of your award-winning project as well as the first and last name, email address, telephone number and company name of the relevant person.}
Decide whether you would like to order a complimentary copy of the International Yearbook Brands & Communication Design.
Take a look at the details of your booking and check them.
Enter the invoice recipient.
_{Optional: Enter an individual order number, for example for further processing in your accounting department.}
Confirm the General Terms and Conditions.
Download the invoice.
_{You can now make payments by credit card or PayPal directly in your My Red Dot account.}
Your booking is complete once payment has been received.

Optional: Order additional copies of the yearbook for a fee.

Step 2: Confirm or edit your credit details – now and until 8 August 2025

What are credits?

Credits are details of your project and the people involved in the project. Your credits will be used on the Red Dot Certificates and for all publications of your award.

Review and release of your credits by 8 August 2025

Under the menu item “My Credits” you can view all the details you have entered during the registration process.
Please check the information provided carefully and complete any missing information.
You have the option of releasing or editing your data up to and including 8 August 2025.
You have the option of adding up to twelve person names in individual project teams.
To list other project participants, you must provide the first and last names of the persons and their function in the project.
If we do not receive any feedback from you by 8 August 2025, the information you provided when registering will be used automatically.
In the approval phase, the credits are shown to you again for final checking.

Step 3: Communicate your success – following the Winner Package booking

When can I start communicating my success?

Once payment has been received and the Winner Package has been booked, you can download your Red Dot Label and communicate your success.

You can find the Red Dot Media Support, which provides inspiration for communicating about your award-winning project, here.

Where can I find the winning label?

We provide you with various versions of the winning label, as PNG, SVG and EPS files, under the menu item “Red Dot Label”. The label package also includes the Design Manual, which explains the correct use of the quality seal.

Communicating your success through Red Dot

On 4 September 2025, we will inform the international design trade press that this year’s winners have been announced. Not all winners will be announced individually at this time. However, we will support the press representatives in their research and reporting with lists of winners for specific categories and countries.
On 7 November 2025, we will publish all winners of the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design 2025 in the Winners Section.
Throughout the year, we regularly present award winners via the Red Dot social media channels. We aim to showcase as wide a range of winning projects as possible. Please understand that we cannot place all the winners.

If you would like a communication embargo, please let us know by e-mail to embargo(at)red-dot.de by 28 August 2025.

Step 4: Ticket bookings for the award ceremony

Ticket booking for Red Dot: Best of the Best winner - from 16 September 2025

As a winner of the Red Dot: Best of the Best, you can already book tickets for the award ceremony on 7 November in Berlin from 16 September.

Two or four free tickets, depending on the Winner Package you booked, are automatically reserved for you for each award-winning Red Dot: Best of the Best project. The two tickets are valid for the Red Dot Gala and the Designers' Night.
These tickets must be booked by you by 28 September 2025.
To book your free tickets, you will need the PI code of your award-winning project as well as the first and last names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of the future ticket holders.
Access to the Designers' Night is only possible with combination tickets, which include participation in both the gala and the subsequent party at BRICKS.
A credit card or PayPal account is required to book additional tickets.
You can purchase a maximum of six tickets in addition to your free ticket per applicant.

Ticket booking for Red Dot winners - from 29 September 2025

You can book your tickets for the award ceremony from 29 September 2025.

The number of tickets for both events is very limited. It is therefore worth booking early.
Tickets can be booked until 7 November 2025.
A total of up to six combined tickets can be booked per applicant.
Access to the Designers' Night is only possible with combination tickets, which include participation in both the gala and the subsequent party at BRICKS.
To make a booking, you will need the PI code of your award-winning project as well as the first and last names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of the intended ticket holders.

Furthermore, either a credit card or a PayPal account is required.

Prices

There is only one type of ticket, the combination ticket, which includes the Red Dot Gala and the Designers‘ Night.

You can purchase up to six tickets.

Reduced ticket price for winners: 120€ plus VAT (regular ticket price: 350€)

Time to Celebrate: The award ceremony – on 7 November 2025

Check in for the winners of the Red Dot: Best of the Best

The reception at the Konzerthaus Berlin marks the start of the day for the winners of the Red Dot: Best of the Best. Questions about the upcoming Red Dot Gala will be answered over welcome drinks and a little snack.

We look forward to welcoming the holders of the two or four free tickets to this mandatory event.

Red Dot Gala

The Red Dot Gala is a unique event that attracts around 1,500 guests from the international design scene every year. The centrepiece of the event is the presentation of the Red Dot Trophys to the winners of the Red Dot: Best of the Best.

Designers‘ Night

Following the Red Dot Gala, we want to celebrate your success with you. The event will take place at BRICKS, directly opposite the Konzerthaus Berlin. You can celebrate your success there and make new contacts.

In the spotlight: your award-winning project is presented to the public

Your publication in the Winners Section

All award-winning projects will be presented in the “Winners” section of the Red Dot website from 7 November 2025. Here you will find the credit details you have entered as well as your images and optional videos.

On the same day, the digital winners profiles will be launched on the Red Dot website. Winners of the Red Dot: Best of the Best and Red Dot winners, who have booked the profile in addition to the Winner Package, will be presented here in detail. The focus is on the presentation of their visions and creative work as well as their previous successes in the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design.

Your publication in the International Yearbook Brands & Communication Design 2025/2026

The International Yearbook Brands & Communication Design 2025/2026 will be released on 17 November 2025. If you have ordered a complimentary copy or additional yearbooks, we will send them to the address you provided in November. You can purchase additional copies in the Red Dot Winner Shop while stocks last.

Your project in internationally recognised exhibitions

The award-winning projects will be presented to a wide audience both online and in the Red Dot Design Museum Essen. The exhibition year begins on 8 November 2025 with the opening of the winning exhibition “Best Brands & Communication Design - Red Dot Winners Selection 2025” at the Museum of Communication in Berlin, where all “Red Dot: Best of the Best” winners and the “Red Dot: Agency of the Year” will be shown. In spring 2026, the exhibition will move to the Red Dot Design Museum Essen and will be expanded to include the current Red Dot winners.
