Red Dot: The Integrated Refrigerator Freezer is made of very high-quality materials. Was this important to you?

Definitely. We are meticulous about the selection of our materials. For us, seamless integration into the kitchen environment involves offering a comprehensive product package, from customised panels and precise gap dimensions to individual design options, such as part lines and toe kicks. We know that luxury kitchens need appliances with a high-end design, so we focused on aesthetic, functional and premium-quality materials for our Integrated Refrigerator Freezer and ensured that every detail was executed with care and sophistication.

To what extent did changing eating habits play a role in the development?

Changing eating habits are at the heart of our design. We monitor very closely the way people buy, prepare, store and cook food. Product features such as size, layout and shelf adaptability, storage containers and temperature modes are direct responses to these behaviours. We designed this appliance to meet real needs and preferences, from bulk shopping to special diets.

Which is the most technically remarkable detail?

The drawer with temperature adjustment is one of the outstanding features. We know that no one temperature is suitable for preserving all foods. This drawer gives the user full control because they can switch between the modes Chill, Fridge and Pantry at the touch of a button to adapt the temperature to different types of food. It’s perfect for daily flexibility and for additional cooling capacity on special occasions.
