The idea and implementation for this special project came from within the agency: to portrait the employees, their stories and what connects them with the agency in highly aesthetic, 60-second-long films. A heartfelt, congenial offer to identify with the people of Martin et Karczinski – and to apply for one of the agency’s open positions. These employer-branding films are at the heart of a recruitment campaign in search of highly competent staff. They were placed across the Internet as a growth hacking campaign and achieved very positive reactions, both among the portrayed employees and from outside the agency.
