In the next few years, a construction project called Au Park will be developed next to Lake Zurich, an area that is usually inaccessible for most of the region’s population. Au Park will be a more affordable option and is furthermore aimed directly at a younger and more diverse target group. The brand design expresses the diversity of the project with appealing key visuals, focusing on the brand’s core values of “together” and “alive”. A particular challenge was the broad target group of tenants, buyers, investors and public authorities, all of whom were to be addressed with unified, consistent brand communications.
