Brightgrove is an IT service company whose aspiration is to discover bright IT talents to work in dedicated teams of developers on company-specific solutions. The concept of the new brand identity is based on the idea of a ray of light, which is to be understood as a metaphor for finding talent. The solid condensed logo typeface serves as a background base, indicating the ray of light through the contrast of dark and brightly coloured areas. In addition, the ray effect can be used to highlight or disrupt content. It is also implemented through animations, social media images and branded merchandise.
