Curvature lies somewhere between a sculpture and a product. The shelf wins over with its organic, floral form on the one hand and, on the other hand, its very clear and unostentatious design. It can be used as more than just a display surface. The loops can also serve as practical and functional newspaper holders. Curvature is handcrafted in Germany and is made of several layers of high-quality veneer that are bonded together.

Statement by the Jury

The innovative production method of a circumferentially closed shape in moulded wood creates an unusual aesthetic effect with flowing transitions from straight to organic lines.
