“Das Kreative Haus” (The Creative House) is a tablebook that introduces the agency as well as its culture and employees, featuring a design that makes use of illustrations from the agency’s Instagram account. These illustrations were collected in a process of having one illustration of one staff member with his or her unique characteristics be created every day for nearly a year and then posted to Instagram. Agency visitors, job applicants and customers can browse through the “analogue Instagram” and, on the last page, are invited to follow the call to #addyourcharacter and draw their own character in the book in order to join the team in this way.
