This new brand enters the German telecommunications market with a complete digital purchase and contract process via app with a single flat rate. The task was to create a brand identity and communication strategy that matches the product’s simplicity. Following the idea to reduce the identity to a functional look and feel, a concise brand design was created. In line with the witty brand name “fraenk”, the customer communication is marked by an open, relaxed tonality. Moreover, the visual language conveys pure functionality. Only in parts does the simple brand design utilise icons, yellow highlights or coloured areas.
