To create a visual language for “GIVE IT A SHOT”, the theme of BOK FESTIVAL 2020, a distinctive brand image was created. This annual theatre festival in Macau was launched by the Horizon Macau Theatre Group in 2013. The brand design and key visuals are limited to black, grey and white tones to create effects of light and shade. This creates a visual appeal that is crucial in theatre performances. Furthermore, the mirror effect of the letters expresses the artistic concept, symbolising reality versus the surreal world on stage.
