Hydraulic Fixture

The Hydraulic Fixture is a tool for CNC machine and automated production lines as it allows work pieces to be positioned and clamped automatically. The surface polishing reveals the rigid strength of the material. Hydraulic clamping is based on and achieved here by isostatic pressure. The process is particularly suitable for thin-walled work pieces, as it prevents deformation and thus reduces production errors. As the device is both dust and oil-proof, it offers a long service life.
