This work aims to increase the appreciation of rivers in Taiwan. In particular, the brand design is inspired by the Dajia river, which is also known as the “mother of life in central Taiwan”. A pop-up book, stationery, posters, stickers and other merchandising items have been created as promotional material. The logo is designed with flowing shapes to reflect the flow of water, while various illustrations in soft colours depict the diversity of species along the river. The abstract and realistic motifs merge into an overall appearance which reaches out to the public with a harmonious approach.
