Lakeside11 - Float Spots
Lakeside11 draws on Le Corbusier's first architectural principle — elevating amenities to the first floor and allocating the ground level to infrastructure. The suspended 'Float Spots', lush communal hubs that connect buildings, are the focal point. Integrating green spaces, smart urban design, and separated pedestrian and vehicular flows, Lakeside11 creates an urban sanctuary with zones for relaxation, play, and dining.
