This project comprises a branding concept for a new residential area, its name, the development of key messages and the brand design. This was complemented by a style guide to the area’s architecture, designs for social and temporary uses in the area, as well as different implementations of these plans. The objective was to make the area more valuable to the target groups through a holistic approach to property marketing. The design philosophy was not only about conveying facts, but also changing the image of the area and making it more desirable through a creative concept. Emotionally appealing key visuals and a harmonious colour scheme attract attention.
