The Leo-Leistikow-Quartier, or LEO for short, is a real-estate building project in Hamburg that aims to set new standards in living quality. Its brand design picks up on the project’s clear and concise architecture to represent the building in a powerful, contemporary manner and with classic elegance. A special feature is the presentation for marketing the properties: four different characters representing the target groups are placed in an illustrated context depicting the showcase apartments and serve as figures for potential buyers to identify with. Merchandising articles create emotional appeal and a holistic brand experience.
