LIIN: The Smart Wind Chime for the Modern Life
LIIN transforms the traditional Japanese ‘furin’ wind chime into a peaceful object for modern urban living. Its sensor detects outdoor wind and triggers an indoor pendulum to produce graceful, rhythmic bell chimes. Integrating nature into everyday life, LIIN awakens the most forgotten human sense by bringing the presence of the breeze indoors, inviting reflection on the passing of time.
