The Micron 5L hot melt system features a piston pump which provides steady glue flow. Due to the design of all heated components in a compact block and perfectly insulated to avoid heat leakage, the device’s energy efficiency is particularly high. All controls are integrated in a recessed panel at the front. Electronics, melting chamber and pump are easily accessible, which guarantees convenient cleaning and maintenance.
