Serpent Scent

The packaging design of Serpent Scent raises awareness for the conservation of the endangered sharp-nosed viper, revered in indigenous Taiwanese culture as a symbol of protection. Six tribal legends have been translated into an engaging, naturalist visual language. Botanical reliefs, mountain motifs and boxes that open like blossoms and can be reused as candlestick holders combine craftsmanship, aesthetics and sustainability.
