ONEHUB is an internal employee experience platform designed to elevate ADNOC employees’ workdays by unifying multiple scattered platforms through AI, personalisation, and integration. Based on human insights from in-depth engagement with ADNOC employees, research, and persona creation, ONEHUB addresses user needs and pain points.
This led to the creation of over 150 services, features, and functions that boost productivity and engagement. For instance, recognising the importance of time management ONEHUB allows employees to personalise their productivity maps with 20+ customisable widgets, multiple focus modes, and features that enhance efficiency. Unlike traditional web-based applications, ONEHUB offers ‘on-the-go’ access via Carplay, Apple Watch, and WhatsApp.
To deepen engagement, ONEHUB uses GenAI and natural language-based voice interactions through ‘Meera’, ADNOC’s AI assistant. This assistant’s invisible intelligence and simple interaction make asking questions as natural as speaking to a colleague. Additionally, ‘ADNOC Shorts,’ a social media-like video content feed, enables employees to share workday stories, garnering 325K views in just one month of launch.
