The Steam Zone

All cooking surfaces of the Steam Zone consist of high-quality stainless steel. A tray makes it possible to steam a whole fish, while stainless steel baskets allow various foods to be cooked without mixing the aromas. For Asiatic dishes, bamboo baskets can also be used. Due to horizontal alignment of the inserts above the steam outlets, the efficiency of the steam is maximised. In less than 30 seconds, an innovative steam system generates powerful steam, while the power can be variably adjusted.
