To make showering more enjoyable and interactive, the idea of scrubbing one’s back while showering—a practice familiar to East Asians— is incorporated into the design of the modern handheld shower head. UNION 1 recreates the fun and nostalgia of using a scrub towel in a brand new form. The handle, which has a magnetic design, is coated with silicon to make it easier to use when wall-mounted or handheld.
