UP Space Concept

The UP Super Board and the UP Space Concept cars are the latest product lines from U POWER, a Chinese Smart EV start-up. Thanks to U Power technology, all industry owners can quickly launch a robust product matrix. The primary goal of U Power is to enable automakers to launch a diverse product portfolio in a shorter development cycle. The UP Super Board is a skateboard chassis that incorporates four leading technologies: chassis-by-wire, ring-network based EEA with pluggable design, CTC battery system and highly integrated thermal system. As a platform-based software and hardware integrated operating system, UP Super Board enables automakers to focus more on styling, space and intelligent user experience and operation. The UP Space Concept cars are built on the highly standardised UP Super Board module, with the same wheelbase and appropriately tuned track and chassis for different body styles. U POWER has developed five distinct styles of UP Space Concept vehicles on the same highly standardised chassis, covering a wide range of passenger and commercial vehicle product categories that include sedan, MPV, SUV, pick-up and van. These five UP Space Concepts demonstrate that a wide range of vehicle types can be built on a set of highly standardised UP Super Boards, allowing for high design freedom to achieve unique aesthetics and user experiences.
