Reinvented tradition

The student team of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology were in agreement that even local products should be presented from a perspective that is as objective as possible. Only if this is the case will they be accepted and understood by a broad audience. In the last year of their degree course, the members of the team collaborated on a joint project that exemplifies this philosophy. “Cultural Rice Scoop” reinterprets traditional rice cake moulds and transforms them into a sustainable product that enhances the daily preparation of meals and turns the experience into something special.
