The Babord Group is the result of a merger between three traditional fishing companies in Norway. In the development of a new corporate design, it was important to stand out as a bold competitor in a business-to-business market environment without alienating current relationships. Befitting the slogan “Harbour to home”, the port side is used as a design principle: for example, the key visual, the fisherman’s wife, looks left – because cinematically, this is the direction of return. The brand colours stand out from the competition in green and pink, giving the brand a touch of warmth, femininity and exclusivity.
