With its rich spiritual and cultural heritage, the traditional tea ceremony is perfectly suited to the conditions of mindfulness. Zzzing combines the two, with its design emphasising the present moment and the five senses while drinking tea to aid in relaxation. Zzzing consists of two parts: the smart tea tray and the stress-relieving tea set, as well as an APP, which helps with mindfulness tea drinking. Users can begin their mindfulness practice by selecting a scene, prompting the smart tea tray to begin playing white noise music. Through the monitoring system, the app detects the user’s state before and after mindfulness tea drinking. This is achieved through an analysis system that calculates light reflected off the skin to detect emotional and psychological states that are captured by the camera.
