Red Dot: How would you define good communication design?
Interbrand (Chris Campbell): Half the battle is cutting through the overwhelming amount of content to choose from. Any piece that results in engagement and interaction is good communication design.

How do you remain creative and continue to come up with innovative solutions?
Designers are inherently curious people. There is always a better way of doing something.

What makes your daily work as a creative so special?
Working with others that have a different perspective from your own.

How do you convince your customers of the merit of your concepts?
The best work does not require convincing.

In 2021, Interbrand was awarded 17 times at the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design. The redesign of the corporate identity for "Peace One Day" won a Red Dot: Best of the Best as did the typeface "Truist Trio".
